Editorial: Sentinel Editor-in-Chief, Former Mayoral Candidate Make Election Predictions on Livestream

Friday evening, I had the pleasure of meeting with 2017 mayoral candidate and Gardopia Gardens founder, Stephen Lucke, to discuss the tumultuous mayoral election season and attempt to predict the winners of each city council race. As a publication, the Sentinel doesn’t believe in endorsing any political candidate, but we do seek to provide our readers with the facts and let them decide for themselves. This was the goal when Stephen and I met up to talk politics. Although we both had different opinions on who we thought would win, our goal was to present our audience with both sides of the conversation.
