This weekend, the Office of Historic Preservation will connect local homeowners of aging and historic homes with maintenance solutions and industry-specific networking opportunities at the 13th Annual Historic Homeowner Fair. The free event will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2022 at the Tripoint Event Center located at 3233 North St. Mary’s Street.
Navigating historic design guidelines and permitting processes can be arduous work. This gathering aims to attract homeowners who are ready to commit to home improvement projects but feel they need assistance connecting with contractors and design professionals. Organizers hope to introduce owners to experienced renovators who have experience working on older homes.
